I have an apartment.
I move in August.
I am simultaneously excited and terrified.
In related grown-up news, I also have a full-time job (I’ve decided the blink tag is tacky) and have had to start budgeting for dry cleaning because I now have more dry-clean-only clothes.
Yikes.

Congrats on the apartment! (And again on the job!). I am also impressed that you dry clean your dryclean only clothes. I’m guilty of not ready tags and putting them in the wash. They don’t like that. We really must hang out soon. I’ve been working nights while on training (blech) but will be done with that crap by the 12th, which also happens to be when I move…
I’m on the 5 a.m. shift (Tuesday-Saturday) the week of the 7th and that’s as far ahead as I know…
I used to work at a dry cleaners and I saw what can happen to dry-clean only clothes when they aren’t dry-cleaned. And also what happens to do-not-dry-clean clothes when they ARE dry cleaned (you’d be amazed at how many people insist that they don’t care what the label says and sign waivers). It isn’t pretty.
